When I began reading this quick short, I figured "how cute, another waiting to exhale novel..." However, by the time we'd landed with Taylor in Miami, I had to remind myself to breathe!!!I'm GOOD AND GROWN and had to check to make sure that I'd read the "warning! Hot and steamy materials" warning on the cover. Well, there ain't one,but there should be!!! Ms. Boutté provides the PERFECT mix of storyline and sexy that leaves you feeling engaged yet not raunchy. I will admit, I needed a cold glass of water after the airplane ride with Taylor and Christopher, but that's due to the hot writing of Danica.
If this prequel is any hint of how this series is going to play out, I'd better buckle up and and Hold on Tight cause' this is going to be a wild ride in more ways than one!
Please don't make me wait too long for the next issues. My boarding pass and passport are ready for the next adventures!!!

Ms. Boutte has shown real talent in her freshman erotica offering. There is great character development and storyline to balance out the steamy sex scenes. Ms. Boutte's writing leaves me wanting more. I can't wait for the next installment in the Liberated Wife series.
I am always weary of the erotica that is typically peddled on because it is TRULY hit or miss. Ms. Danica is a HIT! This short starts out strong and leaves you wanting more. I can't wait for the next installment!

This is a story with a sinfully sexy twist that may have Taylor's husband wishing he did not ask for an open marriage ...men can be so dumb! Taylor meets a sexy stranger on a flight and the sparks fly...cannot wait for the rest of the story!
While I am not a huge fan of the erotica genre, I must say that I plan to purchase and read anything that is written by Danica Boutte'. This prequel has me in great anticipation of The Liberated Wife. I would consider this "grown folks" erotica; meaning, cohesive and intriguing plot, well-written and tasteful. Boutte' does a great job of making this piece sexy and erotic without falling off the cliff to trashy. This is an excellent read!
